Pick up and Drop off times

If you are 10 minutes late for a scheduled service at Pups HQ in Fisher (Grooming or Daycare), a $10 late fee will be charged and a $1 for every dollar thereafter.

Pick Up Guidelines

If your dog attends our Playgroup service, please ensure they are ready to go from 7:30am. Due to our schedule, we only have a few minutes per pick-up, so it’s important that your dogs are ready and waiting for our arrival.  As we supply all our own walking equipment, no need to leave out leads however all dogs MUST have a collar.  If your dog does not wear a collar while at home, please ensure it is left available for us to collect at time of pick up.  As dogs will be travelling once collected, please ensure your dog is toileted prior to our arrival.

Access

Clients are required to arrange for reasonable access by us to grounds (house/yard) and documents (vaccination records), and shall be responsible for both the completeness and accuracy of the information supplied to us.

Cancellation Fees
A cancellation, no show or appointment change for any Pups4Fun service with less than 24 hours notice will result in a $25 cancellation fee per pet.

Refund Policy

Grooming

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your pet’s groom, please advise us at time of collection so we can adjust the groom. If you have a change of mind once you return home, fees will apply for adjustments made after collecting your pet.

Other Services

Refunds for other services provided by Pups4Fun are up to the discretion of Pups4Fun and will not be issued to change of mind of services.
