customer experience specialist

The Customer Experience Specialist (CES) is responsible for ensuring an easy, efficient, friendly and superior onboarding and growth experience for all Pups4Fun existing and potential clients.

The CES ensures accuracy of bookings, provides advice on services and represents the Pups4Fun brand, setting both dogs and clients up for success.

The CES maintains relationships with all stakeholders and brings innovation and forward thinking to our customer experience.

You will need to thrive on being busy, love to be challenged and be super organised.  We are operational for thirteen hours a day servicing over 1000 dogs a week, and have locations based across Canberra.

People are at the centre of what we do, so your communication skills with both our clients and our operational teams are paramount.  The role is very much hands on, so you’ll need to be active and able to get out from behind the desk to handle dogs and assist with their drop off and collection.

You’ll need to be great with sales, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

This is a great role for someone who loves to immerse themselves in the business, has great multi tasking skills and loves people as much as dogs.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Demonstrated experience in customer service;
- Ability to use Google Calendar, Microsoft suite and learn new systems quickly;
- Proven written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience in administrative or client services role;
- Knowledge or strong interest in learning about dog grooming/behaviour (desirable);
- Experience with social media platforms (desirable).
